Nature's Classroom

I love to think of nature as an unlimited broadcasting station,
through which God speaks to us every hour,
if we will only tune in.

~George Washington Carver

This ...

was Srike's math classroom yesterday.
I love the decor :)

We had some visitors....
In addition to the geese,
a beautiful red dragonfly landed on Stike's hand...-
a magical moment
etched only in our memories

&

Srike was able to do some of what she does best.

She could teach me a few things here!

God writes the gospel not in the Bible alone,
but on trees and flowers and clouds and stars.

~Martin Luther

That's the best 'classroom' I've ever seen. I wish I could teach in these surroundings. I'm sure my students would love it!

Hey Mom24boys -- what a fun surprise & pleasure(!) to "see you" here - as I don't see you enough elsewhere :)

Yes - it was a great day. I'm hoping to head out today too - somewhere different.
