The (re)- Gift of Worship

Tho't this definition of worship was too good not to share....found it in our church bulletin this Sunday.

To worship is:

To quicken the conscience by the holiness of God;

To feed the mind with the truth of God;

To purge the imagination by the beauty of God:

To open the heart to the love of God

To devote the will to the purpose of God.

And here's a "gift" wrapped in hugs & prayers - for two friends who know who they are - but it's also too good not to share. Hope you don't think "re-gifting" is tacky...b/c I've given this to one of my best friends in the past & encourage you to feel free to do the same for someone you think can use it ... I won't be offended :)
