Boston

My husband & I had a great time with the girls in Boston last weekend. So glad they joined us in this 2nd "installment" of our year long 25th Anniversary Celebration.

We went ice skating on the Frog Pond on the Boston Common.

Then we warmed up over dinner and tea at an Asian (Malaysian, I think) Restaurant.

And from there we headed to the Boston Opera House to see  Mary Poppins.

She was practically perfect...in a most delightful way!

Hi Farmgal...yah - we're really enjoying doing some different things...things we might otherwise only talk about doing - which I know from experience is not nearly as fun :)

Your whole trip sounds practically perfect in every way! Great photos....LoVe the action shots!:)

Hubby and I have some flyer miles built up and our son suggested we plan a short trip to Boston this spring...$$ permitting. If we do, Frog Commons is definitely on "the to-do list"...love those frogs at the entranceway:)

Hi Mug! Boston is a GREAT place to visit! If you do, and if time permits, perhaps my husband & I could meet you there for a bit. Maybe we could walk the Freedom Trail together (That is pretty much an all day thing) ... or go for a ride on the Swan Boats (That is still on my "Bucket List' ... or take a Duck Tour (you would LOVE IT!!) .... or something else on a long list of things we could do. Please don't feel obligated tho'....I would totally understand if it wouldn't work well into your plans - but in the event that it does, don't hesitate to ask.

That would be wonderful to spend a few hours or a day with you two, MyStory! Nothing is planned as of now....but I will definitely let you know if we do plan this trip!
